Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email for a convenient return process.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Dansko box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure they arrive at our facility in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
